What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer:

Cash, check, and credit card, are acceptable forms of payment. Our office is also partnered with Care Credit to assist with extensive dental treatment plans. Care Credit is a leader in patient healthcare financing that offers multiple ways to conveniently pay for care not covered by insurance and other out-of-pocket costs.

If your family has dental insurance, we will also help you file your dental insurance claims.

Are you a PPO provider?

Answer: 

Moorman, Lindsey, & Crawford Dental is currently a PPO provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Delta Dental, and Cigna.

What are your cancellation policies?

Answer:

At Moorman, Lindsey & Crawford Dental we make every effort to see our patients in a timely fashion. It is our goal and intent to see every patient at his or her assigned appointment time. If you are unable to keep an appointment for any reason, please call and reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This will allow our staff to offer that time to another patient and will allow us to serve everyone better.

Also, please understand that if you are significantly late past your appointed time, we may need to reschedule your appointment to allow us adequate time to properly complete your treatment and the treatment of the patients with appointments following yours.
